Eighty years after WWII, participants explore the enduring lessons of two remarkable cities through meetings with local community leaders, educators, and survivors and legacy survivors. This immersive experience connects history, culture, and pedagogy and equips educators with tools to support global citizenship and peace education in their own schools. Travelers gain firsthand understanding of resilience, memory, and reconciliation, and witness how communities continue to shape narratives of peace for future generations.
