LEAD WITH IMPACT: A WORKSHOP FOR NEW DIRECTORS
Dates: July 6–8, 2026 (starting July 8 at 1:00 PM – ending July 8 at 4:00 PM) Location: Nightingale Bamford School, 20 E 92nd St, New York, NY 10128 Cost: $1,295 (IGL members) / $1,495 (non-members); Group dinner on Monday, July 6, and lunches on Tuesday, July 7, and Wednesday, July 8 included Description: A hallmark of the Institute for Global Learning community, this three-day institute supports new and early-career administrators overseeing global education and off-campus experiential programs. Using the Institute for Global Learning’s Global Education Standards, the program offers guidance in mission and vision, governance, competency-based curriculum, faculty leader oversight, program management, communication strategies, and risk management. Participants join a supportive cohort of peers with similar roles and challenges and receive ongoing follow-up through two virtual sessions over the course of the year. Each participant receives the Updated Annotated Guide to Global Education.
