Description:
A hallmark of the Institute for Global Learning community, this three-day institute supports new and early-career administrators overseeing global education and off-campus experiential programs. Using the Institute for Global Learning’s Global Education Standards, the program offers guidance in mission and vision, governance, competency-based curriculum, faculty leader oversight, program management, communication strategies, and risk management. Participants join a supportive cohort of peers with similar roles and challenges and receive ongoing follow-up through two virtual sessions over the course of the year. Each participant receives the Updated Annotated Guide to Global Education.
